This website describes Drainex Plumbing’s services and provides ways to contact us about plumbing work in Winnipeg and surrounding communities. General information is not a property-specific assessment, professional diagnosis or a substitute for a plumber inspecting the problem.
Estimates and service requests
Submitting a contact or estimate form begins an enquiry only. It does not guarantee an appointment, emergency dispatch, acceptance of work or a fixed service price. Scope, availability and any service arrangement must be confirmed directly with Drainex. Free phone estimates and free on-site estimates for larger projects are available.
Emergency assistance
For a plumbing emergency, call (204) 869-2383. Do not use a website form for emergencies. Emergency plumbing is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a target arrival within one hour; availability and expected arrival for your specific location must be confirmed by phone. The one-hour general enquiry response statement is not an arrival guarantee.

30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All plumbing services we perform are backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises within 30 days of service completion due to an error in our workmanship, we'll return and correct it at no additional labour cost.
This guarantee covers workmanship-related issues only. It does not cover defective parts, equipment, materials, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original service. Parts and equipment may be covered separately under their respective manufacturer's warranties.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We install quality plumbing parts, fixtures, and equipment backed by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Manufacturer's warranties typically cover defects in materials or manufacturing, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
These warranties do not generally cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. Labour costs associated with replacing or repairing defective products may not be covered.
